Frank Newell 
Frank Newell joined the firm in 1995 after serving as a law judge at the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission for fifteen years. Prior to that service, he was a commissioner of the Arkansas Public Service Commission; staff counsel to Governor Bill Clinton; a deputy attorney general heading the Criminal Justice Division; the project director of the Arkansas Criminal Code Revision Commission; and a deputy prosecuting attorney for Pulaski and Perry Counties.
In addition, Frank served on the Supreme Court’s Model Criminal Jury Instruction Committee and continues to serve as an advisor to the Court’s Criminal Practice Committee. His practice is now primarily before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, and he was selected by his peers to be included in the 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Workers’ Compensation Law.
He received his bachelor of arts and juris doctorate degrees from Columbia University in New York City. He has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of “AV.”
