Jon P. Robinson 
Jon is a partner of the firm, and can be found in the Fayetteville, Arkansas, branch. Jon came to the firm in 2008 and formerly was a named partner of Robinson Wooten, PLC. He has a bachelor of science degree in business management from Park College, magna cum laude. After receiving an honorable discharge from serving four years in the U.S. Army, Jon attended law school at the University of Arkansas, completing his juris doctorate in two and one-half years and passing the bar exam in April 1991. During law school, he was a member of the legal fraternity Pi Alpha Delta.
Jon is a member of the Washington County, Benton County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute. He is licensed to practice in all Arkansas courts, and is also admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eighth Circuit. He was a professor of business law at the Northwest Arkansas Community College from 1991 through 1996. He is also a member of the W.B. Putman Inn of Court.
Jon is an experienced litigator, having tried over 200 jury trials. He is well versed in all facets of bad faith litigation, uninsured and underinsured claims, property and casualty claims, along with bodily injury lawsuits. He is very experienced in complex litigation, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability litigation, construction litigation and aviation litigation.
