We have experience before various government agencies or bodies handling regulatory, administrative or other matters on behalf of our clients. One of our partners is a former lobbyist for the Arkansas Healthcare Association. Another partner has experience lobbying on behalf of a major insurance company. Yet another partner has extensive experience as Administrative Law Judge and was a principal drafter to the last major revision of the Arkansas Criminal Code. Two of our partners are former Assistant Attorney Generals.
