Todd Wooten Todd Wooten is a partner of Laser Law Firm, P.A. In more than 130 jury trials over 16 years, Mr. Wooten has represented major companies, small businesses and individuals in cases with claims for personal injury, product liability, professional liability, insurance defense and insurance coverage (breach of contract, regulatory and bad faith), business litigation including business torts, complex commercial litigation, premises liability, trucking and transportation defense and employment practice litigation. He has appeared in numerous meditations and arbitrations.

Mr. Wooten received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in 1994. In 2001, he received an LL.M. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He was admitted to practice law in 1994, Arkansas; 1994, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; 1995 U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; 1998, U.S. Supreme Court; 2002, U.S. Tax Court.
He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, and the William H. Overton Inn of Court.
