Workers' Compensation

We have an extensive statewide workers’ compensation practice at the hearing and appellate levels. It is led by one of our senior partners who is a former Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission Administrative Law Judge who has been involved with thousands of decisions while on the bench. We currently represent carriers, third-party benefit administrators and self-insured entities before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Arkansas Court of Appeals and the Arkansas Supreme Court.
